Rates are determined on a per-case basis based on space use and number of guests; the following rates are presented as a guideline.
Facility Rental Fee
- Friday, Saturday, and holiday weddings: $5,000
- Sunday through Thursday weddings: $3,500
Alcohol Information
Because all alcohol menus are specifically created for each event, costs will vary depending on selections and services. The Connors Center provides all alcohol services and does not allow alcohol to be brought in for any circumstance. The center reserves the right to limit and control the amount of alcohol served. Specific information regarding pricing will be provided by the event coordinator.
Other Fees
Any additional services required will be charged directly to the client. These may include tent rentals, chair upgrades, damage fees, police services, valet parking, coat check, etc.
Deposit Information
An initial nonrefundable deposit of 50 percent of the facility rental fee is due when the contract is signed. A second payment of the balance is due one week prior to the event. Final payment of alcohol and miscellaneous charges is due 30 days after distribution of the bill.
Payment Information
Payments for events are accepted by check made payable to Boston College or with a credit card.
Cancellation Information
- 60–90 day advance notification: $500 cancellation fee
- 30–60 day advance notification: $1,000 cancellation fee
- Less than 30 day notification: $1,500 cancellation fee
