The Shaw Leadership Council oversees the major aspects of the program. Its members have various responsibilities such as planning and executing the freshman retreat, the overall program retreat, meetings, events, community service projects, skills development workshops, and more. The council also decides on co-sponsorships, the budget proposal, and other Shaw issues.
