There has been a recent spike in activities from individuals looking to scam students and parents. Please follow these simple common-sense rules to avoid being a victim:

  • Deal locally with people you can meet in person.
  • Fake cashier checks and money orders are common. Banks will cash them and then hold you responsible when the fraud is discovered weeks later.
  • Never give out financial information.

Please click here for more information on internet fraud.

Roommate Finder

The Roommate Finder is an online database for finding a roommate for your current or new apartment.

If you have a vacancy within your apartment, you can use the Roommate Finder to place a "seeking roommate" listing. Please make sure to complete the area at the bottom for comment(s) before submitting.

You may also browse through the prospective roommate ads to see if anyone has listed themselves as looking for housing for the date(s) you have available.

If you don’t have a place to live, you can use the Roommate Finder to place your "prospective roommate" ad.
