Keys will be accepted during regular business hours at our office.
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Keys will also be accepted by mail. Please use a padded envelop. Credit will not be given towards keys lost in the mail.

Individuals who did not return a key by the deadline will be charged $15 for bedroom keys or $45 for main door lock changes (Medeiros, 66 Comm Ave., Medeiros, and Greycliff).
After January 15th all charges are non-refundable and indisputable. All questions can be sent to access@bc.edu.
