Residence halls officially open on Saturday, January 16th, at 9:00 AM. No check-in is necessary for returning students and resident card access will be enabled as of this time.

STUDENTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THEIR RESIDENCE HALL ROOM FOR ANY REASON OVER THE WINTER BREAK. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HOME WITH YOU:
- CLOTHING (WINTER OR SUMMER)
- AIRLINE TICKETS
- PASSPORT
- MEDICATION
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU ARE FULLY PREPARED PRIOR TO DEPARTING FOR THE HOLIDAYS.
New Arrivals
Students that will be new to campus for the spring semester may check-in at the Residential Life Central Office located in 21 Campanella Way, Suite 220, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM:

Beginning Tuesday, January 19, students may check-in during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00.
EARLY ARRIVAL - General information
Students may apply for Early Arrival for one of the following reasons:

Students involved in student teaching or internships

Students involved in athletic events

Students involved in University sponsored service trips

Students attending New Student Orientation on Thursday, January 14, 2009.
January 4, 2010: Earliest arrival date for residents of 66 Commonwealth Ave., 90 St. Thomas More Drive, 110 St. Thomas More Drive, Edmond’s Hall, Gabelli Hall, Ignacio Hall, the Modular Apartments, Rubenstein Hall, Vanderslice Hall, Voute Hall, Greycliff, or Walsh Hall.
January 11, 2010: Earliest arrival date for residents of Upper, Newton, or College Road.
