Check-In
Contracts for the '09-'10 academic year begin on August 14th, 2009 and check-in will occur that weekend in the Office of Residential Life, 21 Campanella, Suite 220. We will provide the extended hours of 9am to 9pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 14-16, 2009 for check-in. If you arrive any other time, plan on picking up your keys during business hours (M-Th 9-5, F 9-3) in the Office of Residential Life.
Check-Out
We are implementing a "Check-Out Weekend" for Graduate Housing. This will take place from Friday May 29, 2009 to Sunday May 31, 2009. Check out will occur that weekend during the hours of 9-5pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please note that even if you check out before this, you MUST submit your keys to the Office of Residential Life during office hours only (MON-FRI 9-5PM). If you do not, you will be charged extra for not returning keys and for a lock change.

Leave the apartment broom clean, so that someone else can comfortably move-in.

Report any unresolved maintenance problems to Grad Housing.

Leave the cable box, remote, and internet modem in the apartment.

Be Green! Empty the refrigerator and turn it all the way off. Turn off all lights.

Remove all non-BC furniture. You will be charged and fined should you leave any.

Bring your keys to the Office of Residential Life during regular business hours.
