Check-In
Contracts for the '08-'09 academic year begin on August 15th, 2008 and check-in will occur that weekend in the Office of Residential Life, 21 Campanella, Suite 221. We will provide the extended hours of 9am to 9pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 15-17, 2008 for check-in. If you arrive any other time, plan on picking up your keys during business hours (M-Th 9-5, F 9-3) in the Office of Residential Life. Any remaining rent payments for the first month may be mailed before hand or settled at check-in. We will not accept cash during the extended hours.
Check-Out

Leave the apartment broom clean, so that someone else can comfortably move-in.

Report any unresloved maintenance problems to Grad Housing.

Leave the cable box, remote, and internet modem in the apartment.

Be Green! Empty the refrigerator and turn it all the way off. Turn off all lights.

Remove all non-BC furniture. You will be charged and fined should you leave any.

Bring your keys to the Office of Residential Life during regular business hours.
