To be eligible for Graduate Housing, you must be a full time Graduate Student, Faculty, or Staff member of Boston College and have filled out an on-line application for housing.

Application Process
All correspondace and offers will be made through e-mail. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct, the Office of Residential Life is not responsible for misdirected communications.
Step 1: Fill out a housing application.
Step 2: An offer on a specific apartment is made through e-mail.
Step 3: Students have 5 days from the date of offer to submit a Housing Deposit. Please note all housing deposits are non-refundable.
Step 4: A Housing License Agreement will be emailed to the student.
Step 5: Student signs and mails back the Housing License Agreement within 10 days of receiving the email.
Step 6: Upon check-in student must provide the remainder of their 1st month’s rent in check or money order form.
The housing deposit is a $550 payment paid by check or money order to Boston College. $500 of this deposit is applied towards the 1st month's rent. The remaining $50 is used to pay for the TMS collection services.
All housing offers are made on a space available basis, application number is not a guarantee of a space. We will make every effort to offer apartments in a timely manner, to ease the stress of relocating to Boston.
