Graduate Housing

The Office of Residential Life is excited to offer a limited number of leased residences to full time Boston College graduate students. Residences are located in the Brighton area within a one mile radius of our campus.  

Students seeking consideration for housing must complete an application. Housing applicants will be contacted via email with instructions to view placement offers. Availability for an accommodation will be on a space available basis.

Interested in renwing your license agreement for the 2009-2010 Academic Year? You may begin the process via My ResLife on the AGORA Portal starting late February.

New for 2009-2010
Several changes have taken place regarding Graduate Housing and our application.

• A new online application that allows students to pay deposits and sign license agreements online.
  
• All charges will be pleaced on student accounts.

• Rent will be charged per semester as opposed to monthly.
