License Agreements

Your License Agreement for the 2011-12 Academic Year will be electronically signed at the end of your application process, after you have accepted your placement offer and paid your deposit. By electronically confirming the License Agreement, you adhere to paying for the entire space provided, sharing the cost with any confirmed roommates that have a placement within the same unit.

Once the License Agreement is electronically signed, students are financially responsible for their unit for the term of their agreement. All agreements for new incoming Graduate Housing Students will begin on August 15, 2011 and will terminate by May 31, 2012. Our process for returning graduate students who wish to extend through the Summer months of June and July will be emailed to all current students when the application process begins.

All students residing in Graduate Student Housing must abide by the Conditions of Residency.
