Check-In

Contracts for the 2011–12 academic year will begin on August 15, 2011. Check-in will occur beginning Monday, August 15th, in the Office of Residential Life, Maloney Hall, Suite 220. Check-in times will be regular business hours of 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. If you arrive any time after 5:00 p.m., you will need to get a hotel room for the night.

Check-Out

All current license agreements that are not being extended through the Summer will end on Tuesday, May 31st. All students checking out of their apartments must do so by May 31, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Students must return their keys to the Office of Residential Life. If you need an extension, please email Daymyen Layne at d.layne@bc.edu.

Leave the apartment broom-clean, so that someone else can comfortably move in.

• Report any unresolved maintenance problems to Grad Housing.
• Leave the cable box, remote, and internet modem in the apartment.
• Be green! Empty the refrigerator and turn it all the way off. Turn off all lights.
• Remove all non-BC furniture. You will be charged and fined should you leave any.
• Bring your keys to the Office of Residential Life during regular business hours.
