About Extended Day
Extended Day runs after camp from 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm each day. It gives parents a chance to finish up the work day, and it is a good opportunity for the kids to wind down. Extended day takes on a variety of looks over the week, rotating between board games, more relaxing activities, gimp, and watching movies.
For an extra $20, campers enrolled in the Extended Day Program can spend part of those afternoons (3:45-4:15pm) taking group swim lessons (Tuesdays and Thursdays) or tennis lessons (Mondays and Wednesdays). If you would like your child to attend both tennis and swimming lessons, the cost would be $35 added to the Extended Day Price. Prices listed are per one week session. (Please note, extended day lessons can only be purchased if a child is attending the extended day program.)
The Boston College Recreational Day Camp must comply with the Regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. In consideration of the safety of the children enrolled, the camp activities are structured for children 7-12 years old. Campers must fall within the age range as of the first day they intend to attend camp to be eligible to participate.

Keep your kids active, socially engaged, and entertained at Boston College Recreational Day Camp! Here children will have a safe and fun place where they can participate in a variety of games, activities, and sports, hang with old friends and meet new ones.
Kickball, water balloon games, and pool time are just a few of the things that keep our camp schedule packed! Activities will be varied on a daily basis to make sure the campers have opportunities to play some traditional favorites and learn some awesome new games as well. Our camp counselors work hard to make sure everyone has fun, stays safe, and enjoys their time at camp. Check out some of the fun we've had over the past few summers in our Flickr album!

Each session is dedicated to give the children a healthy outlet for their energy, a fun environment to meet friends, and a safe place to be themselves.
