Group Fitness Schedule

Please check the Plex Hours page for upcoming facility closures and hours changes due to home football games or holidays.

The classes are subject to change, so please follow us on Twitter (@BCRecFitness) or sign up for the Fitness Listserv to get the most up-to-date information. Class descriptions are available here.

A printable PDF copy of the Plex Group Fitness Schedule is here, but please refer to the website for the most updated schedule. 

Group fitness classes, with the exception of premium classes, are free to all members and are located at the Flynn Recreation Complex as well as the Quonset Hut. These classes do not require registration, so members are welcome to drop in and try a variety of fitness classes.

Non-members are welcome to participate in group fitness classes, but must first purchase a BC Rec day pass to access the facility.

While registration is not required, we do offer spin class reservations 24-hours in advance. Please review our group fitness policies prior to attending class.

Premium Group Fitness Classes

Premium Group Fitness Classes are offered in a smaller variety of formats, typically for specific groups like faculty and staff or graduate students, as examples. These off-site group fitness classes around campus are held in sessions (typically 6-8 weeks long or in a series of select dates throughout a semester) and may have associated fees. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
