Group Fitness Schedule

Free to all members!

Group fitness classes are free to all members and are located at the Flynn Recreation Complex. Non-members are welcome to participate in group fitness classes, but must first purchase a BC Rec day pass to access the facility. Classes are drop in (no registration required), but we do offer spin class reservations 24-hours in advance so you can guarantee a bike.

We will be resurfacing MPR and Court 10 so these areas will be closed Wednesday, August 16 - Friday, August 18. During this time, only our Spin classes will be offered.

No group fitness classes on  Wednesday, August 23, except for our 7:15 am Spin class.

There will be no Iyengar Yoga on Friday, August 25.

We will be offering a Spin 45 with Olivia on Sunday, August 27 from 4:30 - 5:15 pm.
