Water Fitness Classes

This high-energy class combines shallow and deep water workouts for an intense, full-body workout. Movements will incorporate flexibility, balance, strength training, intervals and sprints. Bring your “A” game because anything goes! Comfort in deep water a must. No registration required.
We do not require anyone to register for water fitness classes, just meet on the pool deck near the diving well a few minutes prior to the class and the instructor will tell you what you will be doing for the day. Non-members must purchase a Day Pass in Member Services prior to the start of each class to gain entry into the facility. If you have any questions, email email@example.com.
