Bob McGuire

Bob is a former AAU and HS swimmer from NHP, NY. He is a former member of the Hockomock Y Masters Swim Team. Bob swam for Bill Irwin while a member of the Manhasset Gotham Swim Club in Garden City, NY. Bob coached age group swimmers while he worked for the Nassau County Dept. of Recreation. He coached at St. John’s U in NY where he coached an All American swimmer in the 200 yd breast and National Qualifiers in the 400 IM Relay, 100 yd back, 100 yd breast, 500 and 1000 yd free. Bob is a grad of Holy Cross HS in Flushing, NY, the University of Notre Dame and St. John’s University where he received his MBA. He is entering his fourth year as Head Coach of the Charles River Tsunami Swim Team in Needham, MA. Bob resides in Franklin, MA with his wife Kathy.

Zach Litwin

Zach is a 7-time State Champion swimmer studying Mathematics at BC. He loves to coach and teach. He also leads ~100 future navy officers in the BU–MIT Navy ROTC Battalion as its Chief Operations Officer. Zach swam on the Varsity Swim Team at BC and in high school. He is an experienced, safety-minded swim instructor and has been a Special Olympics Coach for two years. During high school in MN, he earned a Scholastic All-American (4.0 GPA) from USA Swimming and held many Minnesota State records.
