Toyota Recall: An ethical but slow response

“Toyota made the right ethical choice to recall 2.3 million vehicles even though only a small percentage have the type of gas pedal that can cause problems. However, Toyota could and should have acted sooner. The company needs better feedback and response mechanisms for handling critical safety issues.”
