The Office of Residence Life and the Office of International Students and Scholars developed this database to be a resource for new international graduate students. The database is designed to have current graduate students (international or not) list themselves as possible host for new international students. It is the responsibility of the new student to contact the host and make all of the arrangements. This database is intended to help new students find short term temporary housing while looking for long term housing. There is no responsibility for the host to help the new student find permanent accommodations. By using this database you agree to the following terms. Once a match has been made the host should complete the form below to remove themselves from the database.
TERMS OF USE
1. Boston College accepts no liability or responsibility for the outcome of the arrangements made though this database. This database is being offered as a service to new international students who need temporary accommodations when first arriving in the United States.
2. Boston College will not settle disputes arising from the use of this service.
3. Participants are encouraged to learn as much about their host or guest prior to arranging the accommodation. Clear and specific expectations should be agreed upon by both parties.
4. This is a FREE service; hosts agree not to charge their guest(s) for the accommodation.
