While on OPT, international students are required to report any change of address or residence within 10 days of the change. The address must be your physical residence—P.O. boxes or business addresses are not acceptable. The OISS must to able to contact you while on OPT regarding changes to your status. In addition as of April 8, 2008, F-1 students are responsible for reporting their employer’s name and address, and any periods of unemployment while on OPT. The failure to update employer address can result in termination of status. Please fill out the form below. If you have any questions, please direct them to international.students@bc.edu.
If you are currently no longer using your OPT, we would appreciate if you would still complete the relevant information below so that we can update your SEVIS immigration record accordingly.
