Campus Ministry International Immersion Trips
International immersion programs allow students to learn about the lives of - and to be in solidarity with - people who live in social, economic and political marginalization in countries often described as "developing" and of the "Third World."
LSOE Service Trips
The LSOE offers service and immersion trips both domestic and international. Some of theses are open to students in any school.

Academic
International Studies Program
This is an academic program at BC aimed at providing a concrete background to global issues through an interdisciplinary course of study.
PULSE Program
The service learning program that integrates academic coursework with service. Many PULSE placements fulfill the service activity requirement.

International Assistant Program
The IA program is designed to help integrate international students into BC, Boston, and the U.S.
Language House
The language house program enables thirty students interested in language and culture to live together, and provides residents with the close personal guidance of graduate students, one in Spanish and one in French, who are experienced teachers. The graduate students residents, or GSR’s, are native-level speakers of the target languages.

Global Justice Project
The Global Justice Project is a social action group on campus committed to global justice. In collaboration with the community, the group sponsors various lectures and events.

Service Activities
4 Boston
4 Boston is a Campus Ministry program that provides students with an extended urban service experience with a commitment to the social justice as well as regular opportunities for reflection.
Appalachia Volunteers
Appalachia volunteers is a student run organization sponsored by Campus Ministry. Students participate in regular meetings and activities that culminate in a week-long service trip to struggling regions of the U.S.

Jamez Pueblo Service and Immersion Trip
This spring break trip is committed to the education, cultural awareness, and solidarity of BC students with the Jamez Peoples of New Mexico through service and immersion expereinces on the Jemez Pueblo.

Neighborhood Center
Located in Brighton, the BC Neighborhood Center offers students a variety of opportunities to serve the diverse residents of Brighton. Opportunities include: ESL classes, tutoring programs, and elderly outreach.

Provides extensive information and resources about volunteer opportunities. The website allows you to enter information about the types of service you are interested in and your availability, and will generate a list of opportunities available.

Lists volunteer opportunities, many of which will count for the GP program.
