LEADERSHIP TRAINING CLASS
The Leadership Training Class is required of all Marching Band executive board members-elect, and will soon be a requirement of all ensembles' leadership position hopefuls. This four session course is designed by David Healey and currently taught by him as well.

In the four sessions students discuss theories of leadership, successful leadership strategies, and role-play through the solutions of several simulated real life leadership challenges. The students emerge with a greater understanding of the leadership structure within the Bands Program and the university at large, and are much better equipped to handle conflict as both leaders and memebrs of all groups.
