The goal of the UMM System Project is to provide a user friendly tool that facilitates data collection for the varied programs within our division, while ensuring the sharing of information across our different departments. Our effort will have two core components: Historical Data Review and System Development.
The review of the last four years of programmatic data will define the nature of the information generated from across the division. This review will also facilitate a clear and strong definition of how our programs and events have developed during that time span.
The development of a divisional system for recording, maintaining, and sharing of programmatic data. This component will also provide a processing and tracking. This tool will help us address how we collect the necessary program and event data and how this data is used to enhance our programming while solidifying our work in the support for our mission.
