Father Erps is beginning his eighth year as Director of Campus Ministry at Boston College. He is a native of Los Angeles and received his Jesuit training on the West Coast. He served as campus minister at Loyola Marymount University and Catholic Chaplain at Stanford before coming to BC. He works with the residential community of BC as a Resident Minister in Fenwick Hall on upper campus. His pastoral interests include liturgy and small faith communities. He is living proof that an LA person can survive New England winters!

Catherine graduated from BC in 1999 with a B.A. in Economics and German. She then joined the Inner City Teaching Corps (ICTC) in Chicago, IL as a 4th grade teacher at St. Sabina Academy on Chicago's south side. ICTC's emphasis on spirituality and community in the midst of service led Catherine back to Boston College to complete her Master's work in Pastoral Ministry. She oversees CURA, the Christian Life Community program at BC. Catherine hails from Mansfield, Ohio and is a devout fan of Boston College basketball - GO EAGLES!

A native of New Orleans, LA, Meyer moved to the Northeast in August 1983 to teach music at the Darrow School in New Lebanon, NY. An undergraduate degree in music education and a graduate degree in secondary education were earned from Xavier University of Louisiana, the only Black Catholic University in the United States. In 1993, Mr. Chambers earned a Master of Liturgical Music Degree from The Benjamin T. Rome School of Music of The Catholic University of America. Meyer Chambers served as Director of the Office for Black Catholics of the Archdiocese of Boston from October 1991 to June 2003. On July 1, 2003, Meyer was appointed Campus Minister for Liturgical Arts at Boston College.

JoJo has been part of the BC community since 1995 as a vocal ensemble director, voice teacher, and music minister. An award winning performer and composer of both Sacred and secular music, JoJo has recorded and published through GIA Music, Augsburg Fortress Publications, Primarily A Cappella, and Arrhae Press Music. Originally from Colorado, JoJo has a BA in Music from the University of Colorado at Boulder. An alumnus of the Berklee College of Music, he also earned a Master's in Music with Honors from the New England Conservatory, with a concentration in Jazz Studies and Music Education. In addition to his work in Campus Ministry, JoJo is also the Vocal Director of BC’s jazz ensemble, BC bOp!, and he serves as Music Director at Sacred Heart Church in Newton Centre. A cancer survivor, JoJo celebrates the journey with his wife and daughter in Natick, MA.

Fr. Don is a Boston native, graduate of BC High, BC '66 and BC '72 ---three times an Eagle!---who came to Campus Ministry in 1995 after twenty-four years as a teacher and administrator at three Jesuit high schools. In addition to counseling, some retreat work and Sunday liturgies, he coordinates the Urban Immersion program, the Arrupe Immersion program in Cuernavaca, Mexico and the Ignatian Family Teach-In/School of Americas Vigil. He is Advisor to the Bands Program and a member of the Critical Incident Stress Management Coordinating Committee.

Rick Rossi graduated from Holy Cross College in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree in English. Inspired by the formative experiences he had at Holy Cross with retreats, service and immersion trips, and spiritual direction, he completed his Master's Degree in Pastoral Ministry from BC's Institute of Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry in 1998. After teaching high school for a few years and working at Stonehill College, Rick began here at BC in Campus Ministry in 2002. Rick is the Campus Minister for Salt & Light, Ignatian Formation Retreats, and Agape Latte. He lives with his wife and two children in Natick, MA.

Kelly Sardon Garrity directs the Pedro Arrupe, S.J. International Solidarity Program - the Campus Ministry program sponsoring international immersion trips. Previously he studied in St. Louis at Washington University and did his graduate work focusing on social and economic development and business. Kelly also worked with the Newman Community at WashU, directing their social justice and community service program and led immersion trips.

Katie Spillman oversees the Peer Ministry Program. Before coming to Boston College, she served as Coordinator of Campus Ministry at Trinity Catholic High School in Newton, MA, and in Campus Ministry at the University of Notre Dame and the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Originally from Rochester, NY, Katie completed both her undergraduate education in theology and master's degree at the University of Notre Dame, and has done further graduate studies in Pastoral Ministry at Boston College.

Sister Mary Sweeney is a Sister of Charity and a native Bostonian. She coordinates the RCIA program for those who desire either to become Catholics or to complete their initiation into the Catholic Church. She also does outreach to graduate and professional students.
