LRSA TIP OF THE WEEK

Research shows that students who get more sleep typically get better grades. Why? Because the human body commits most facts to memory when it’s asleep, and that memory formation can only happen at a certain time of the sleep cycle. So be sure to get plenty of sleep during finals!
