Boston College Technology Consultants (TCs) serve the ever-increasing technology support needs of faculty and staff by providing local technology support.
TCs are assigned by building or groups of departments. They are able to develop relationships with end-users in their area, while reporting to a central management team. The TCs provide a wide range of services for their functional areas and across campus. Some of these services include desktop computing support and technology related consulting.
