If you use Outlook, Thunderbird, or Apple Mail to access your BC email account, you need to configure it for Exchange. The tools will stop running, if your email account has not been moved to Exchange.
ITS has developed easy-to-use CONFIGURATION TOOLS to automate the process.
-
Tool for Windows XP or Vista (Outlook, OCFO, and Thunderbird)
-
Tool for Mac OS X (Apple Mail and Thunderbird)
No time to configure? For immediate access to email and calendaring, use: Outlook Web Access (OWA). OWA replaces WebMail and CampusTime via the web in the Exchange environment.
Off-Campus? To use either of the Tools from off-campus, establish a BC VPN Connection first.

Configuration Tool for Windows XP or Vista
Automates the process of configuring Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook with OCFO and Thunderbird. Note: You'll be prompted to login with your BC username and password.
