Beginning at around midnight on the morning of your scheduled Moving Day, all new incoming email will be delivered to your Exchange account and the migration of existing data will begin.

Depending on the contents of your email account, transfer of email and calendar data should be completed by 9:00 a.m.

You may notice odd behavior if you access services prior to 9:00 a.m. while data is still being transferred.
What you need to do to access your email and calendar:

Use the automated tool to configure your email application (Outlook, OCFO, Mac OS X Apple Mail, Thunderbird) for Exchange, then log into your email. (Note: If you use Outlook in the Exchange environment, you'll need to preface your username with "bc\"when logging in. Ex: bc\smithj). Use multiple email applications/operating systems? Learn more.

If you use a group email account, learn what you need to do to continue to access this account.

If you use a mobile device (iPhone, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile), configure it for Exchange.

The following rules or filters will need to be reset/recreated after you configure your email for Exchange:
