MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the ITS Project Management Office is to establish and support a common project management environment for Boston College's Information Technology Services (ITS) that is based on proven project management concepts and techniques. This office serves to enhance ITS' ability to consistently deliver successful, quality solutions and services to the Boston College Community.

In support of this mission, the ITS Project Management Office will:

• Provide leadership and coordination of large cross-functional projects.
• Consult with ITS Managers on utilizing PMO best practices.
• Develop and continually enhance project management guidelines and tools.
