The mission of the ITS Project Management Office (PMO) is to establish and support a common project management framework for Boston College's Information Technology Services (ITS) that is based on proven project management concepts and techniques. This office serves to enhance ITS' ability to consistently deliver successful, quality solutions and services to the Boston College Community.

In support of this mission, the ITS Project Management Office will:

• Provide leadership and coordination of large cross-functional projects.
• Develop and continually enhance ITS' project management guidelines and tools.
• Educate and consult with ITS project leaders on utilizing project management best practices.
