The Service Delivery Systems group designs and manages the implementation of systems in support of broad ITS service needs. Focusing on ITIL standards, these services include incident, service catalog, change, service level and configuration management. We deploy application and database technologies to support management best practice, and help design process across the ITS organization. Key areas of responsibility include:

    * Support handling and escalation
    * Work classification and analysis
    * Reporting and metrics
    * Media service applications
    * Automations and system integrations for computer replacement, equipment disposal, service notifications, data backup, etc.
    * Customized application and data center change managment processes
    * Migration from local to central work management systems
    * User request workflow
