The Service Delivery Systems group designs, plans, and manages the implementation of systems in support of broad ITS service requirements in accordance with IT industry best practices. These services include incident, problem, change, asset, configuration and delivery initiatives. We apply database, web development, virtualization, and system discovery technologies, with other tools, to support best practices in service delivery throughout the organization.
