Retention Rates
higher education opportunity act consumer information
Under the recently enacted Higher Education Opportunity Act (2008), Boston College is required to make available the retention rate of certificate- or degree-seeking, first time undergraduate students as reported in IPEDS (the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System), which is a system of interrelated surveys conducted annually by the U.S. Department's National Center for Education Statistics:
