Kelli earned her bachelor's degree in English from Bates College, her Master's in English from the University of Virginia, and her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Boston College. She has worked in institutional research at both public and private institutions, including Bates College, Tufts University, and as a director for the University of Massachusetts system. Kelli's background includes work with survey design and analysis as well asdata warehouse and policy development.
