What is a Halftime Lead?
Halftime Leaders are responsible for making the retreat run smoothly and co-leading small groups of participants. It will be the job of the leaders to help participants understand and integrate what they are learning, as well as develop a sense of intimacy and trust within the small groups. If you think you can make Halftime a great experience, you can apply to be a Halftime Lead.

Who is eligible?
Lead applications are open to ALL students in the class of 2011 (even if you have not been on Halftime) and students in the class of 2012 who have been on Halftime.
How do I apply?
Application deadline has passed.
2010-2011 Dates:
Halftime 54, September 1-3, 2010, Dover Retreat Center
Halftime 55, September 1-3, 2010, Snowy Owl Inn (Seniors only)
Halftime 56, October 22-24, 2010, Dover Retreat Center
Halftime 57, February 18-20, 2011, Dover Retreat Center
Halftime 58, March 25-27, 2011, Dover Retreat Center
Halftime 59, May 19-21, 2011, Dover Retreat Center
All Halftime Leads commit to the following:
1) Leading one full Halftime weekend
2) Attending 8-10 training meetings with fellow Leads and the Retreat Director in the two months leading up to the actual retreat
3) Attending a training/team-building overnight on April 9-10, 2010. (Attendance is expected. Exceptions will be discussed upon selection to a lead team.)
