Office of International Programs
In the unlikely event of an emergency, exchange students should first contact Boston College Police by calling (617) 552.4444, followed by the Office of International Programs at (617) 552.3827.
University Health Services
Located on main campus, University Health Services is staffed with doctors and other health care profressionals around the clock to provide direct medical care or referrals to students. It is the starting point for students with medical issues. The Primary Care Center provides inpatient and outpatient services.
University Counseling Services
Services provided at University Counseling Services include individual short-term psychological conseling, crisis response, group counseling, and consultation. Students may schedule an appointment to discuss concerns about others. In most circumstances, use of services and matters discussed with conselors is kept confidential.
Students who need language assistance may qualify for an English as a Second Language (ESL) course. All students are welcome to use the resources of the Connors Family Learning Center for tutoring in all academic subjects, assistance with writing, and workshops about special topics such as time management.
At the Boston College Career Center students may meet with a career counselor for support with any aspect of a career search including choosing a career path, writing a resume, interview techniques, considering graduate study, or finding a job.
