The Faculty Summer Workshop Program was developed as a way for Instructional
Design and eTeaching Services to
support faculty members as they integrate technology into their
teaching practice. Each summer,
projects are identified for the program. Once identified,
the faculty members associated with the projects participate
in a four-day workshop program focused on instructional technology.
They are then paired up with an Instructional
Designer, who acts as their project manager and brings together
other individuals in the University to form a project team. Participants
receive financial assistance to help meet the needs of the project.
