Requisition Activity has been identified as a critical page for Originators, Authorizers and Recruiters to use to monitor the activity within an open requisition. Additional information has been added to this page to provide a broader picture of the open position. It also allows the hiring manager to recruit more efficiently on the position based on the information provided.

New Fields on Requistion Activity Page

| EEO Utilizaton Table Link | This table provides EEO Utilization information on the open position as it pertains to the Job Group it is categorized within. This is critical information being provided at the start of the Recruitment Process to all those involved. |
| Job Group | Job titles are grouped into a Job Group using criteria such as similar job content, wage rates, and opportunities for advancement. |
| Org. Unit | A division of the University workforce for the purposes of affirmative action planning |
| BC Goal | A goal is a % that matches the rate of availability. Goals must be set for hiring women and minorities in job groups where the employer has identified underutilization. Goals are established to reduce or overcome the underutilization. |
| Division | % of AHANA or Female employees currently in the Organizational Unit. |
| Action Required | Specific ACTIONS taken by an employer to meet affirmative action goals - expanded efforts in outreach, recruitment, training and other activities. Actual selection decisions are made on a nondiscriminatory basis (best qualified), based on objective criteria. |
| Race | Displays the race of the applicant. If blank, the applicant did not self-identify. If the value 'NSPEC' is displayed, the applicant chose to 'Not Specify' their race. |
| Sex | Displays the sex of the applicant. If it shows a value of 'U', the applicant did not self-identify. |
