Weekly Gentle Hatha Yoga - Summer Session Yoga!

NO REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED and DROP-INS ARE WELCOME at the following times:

Weekly Gentle Hatha Yoga Sessions I & II

This class will combine breath work (pranayama) and gentle postures to release physical tension in the body and relax the mind. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

Session I - 6 weeks Session II - 8 weeks
January 16 - February 21, 2018 February 27 - April 18, 2018

Registration is required and space is limited. Yoga equipment will be supplied.
Participation in more than one session will be subject to availability only.

Yoga on Brighton Campus

Weekly Gentle Hatha Yoga - 8 Week Session

Join us for gentle hatha yoga in the McMullen Museum’s bright two-story atrium. Whether you are a beginner or a yoga enthusiast, this series of classes for faculty and staff will help restore the mind and body.

Wednesdays | 5:30 - 6:30 pm | February 7 - March 28, 2018
Registration is required and space is limited to 14 participants. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and water.

Offered by arrangement, sign up through Campus Recreation by contacting Jeannette Romeo to schedule an appointment; jeannette.romeo@bc.edu

These are one-time office appointments at your location. Minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 participants.

This class will combine breath work (pranayama) and gentle postures to release physical tension in the body and relax the mind all while being seated at your desk. All levels welcome.

No experience necessary.  Approval from the supervisor in your location is required.
