Weekly Gentle Hatha Yoga Sessions I & II

This class will combine breath work (pranayama) and gentle postures to release physical tension in the body and relax the mind. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

Session I - 6 weeks Session II - 8 weeks
Wednesdays from September 20 - October 25    
Wednesdays from November 1 - December 20

Registration is required and space is limited. Yoga equipment will be supplied.
Participation in more than one session will be subject to availability only.

Weekly Gentle Hatha Yoga Sessions I & II

Back by popular demand! Now offering two 8-week sessions.
Join us for gentle hatha yoga in the McMullen Museum’s bright two-story atrium. Whether you are a beginner or a yoga enthusiast, this series of classes for faculty and staff will help restore the mind and body.

Session I (a.m.) - 8 weeks

Session II (p.m.) - 8 weeks

NOTE: Dates have changed!

Wednesdays from October 18 - December 6   
Mondays from October 23 - December 11

  • McMullen Museum | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.


Registration is required and space is limited to 14 participants. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and water.
Participation in more than one session will be subject to availability only.

Chair Yoga

Offered on Tuesdays September 12 - December 19 (excluding 9/26, 10/24, 11/7)
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
1:00 - 2:00 p.m.

These are one-time office appointments at your location.

This class will combine breath work (pranayama) and gentle postures to release physical tension in the body and relax the mind all while being seated at your desk. All levels welcome.

No experience necessary.  Approval from the supervisor in your location is required. Minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 participants.
