Fitness 101 Small Group Training Class
Campus Recreation is offering a complimentary Fitness 101 small group fitness training class to our trial members on the following days and times in October 2017.
Monday October 16, 2017 and Wednesday October 18, 2017, 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday October 17, 2017 and Thursday October 19, 2017, 7:15 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.
Tuesday October 17, 2017 and Thursday October 19, 2017, 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Tuesday October 17, 2017 and Thursday October 19, 2017, 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
The class will focus on functional fitness and include strength and cardiovascular recommendations. All fitness levels are welcome to participate. Benefits eligible staff can sign up for one of the options. Space is limited to 16 participants per class. Participants will also receive a complimentary one month membership valid from October 16, 2017 through November 12, 2017.

Fit Club is a BC faculty and staff (non-student) weight-loss program designed to jumpstart a workout regimen for all participants. The program includes goal setting, scheduled assessments, small group training workouts three days per week, fitness challenges, and lots of support. The goal is to encourage participants to incorporate exercise in their daily lifestyles and to feel empowered and comfortable to work out independently at the end of the semester. Program Cost: $266 before reimbursement. Participants must be Campus Recreation members. HR will reimburse benefits-eligible employee participants 50% at the conclusion of the program if the participant attends at least 75% of the classes.
