Step 1: Uninstall McAfee anti-virus software from your computer

The McAfee anti-virus software that you installed on your computer was installed under student licensing agreements, administered by the University. Since you are no longer a student, you should now remove McAfee from your computer in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions:

Step 2: Purchase anti-virus protection

Internet viruses are running rampant! If you are online, your computer should not be left unprotected for any length of time.
