Need an additional network jack in your residence hall room?
Summary:  Learn the guidelines for use of network devices in Residence Hall and how to connect secondary wired devices.

Boston College provides each student living in the Residence Halls with a high-speed Ethernet network jack for access to the BC network. BC also provides wireless network access in most campus locations, including Residence Hall study lounges. If you are bringing more than one device requiring network access to use in your Residence Hall room (ex. a computer and a gaming console), and need additional wired ports, please be aware of the following:
