Note: To navigate through someone else's folders, you need at least read access to all of their folders.

Moving up one folder
To move up one folder:
- Determine where in your MyFiles@bc structure you currently are. The current directory path is located directly above the contents of your MyFiles@bc account (see Figure 1).

The parent of the current subdirectory appears. For example, if your current directory path is "/jdoe /projects," the /jdoe/ directory appears.
Note: If you are in the highest directory within your current path, the Up button is disabled.
Moving to another folder (which is not in your current path)
To move to another folder (which is not in your current path):
- Click
.
The Find a directory page appears (see Figure 2):
- Click Browse (see Figure 2).

- Select a folder, then click Ok (see Figure 3)

- To bookmark this directory path, check the Save as Bookmark box (see Figure 4).
Bookmarking the directory path creates a link under My Bookmarks in the left navigation, which allows you to quickly access this path again. Learn about bookmarking.

- Click Go.
The contents of the folder you selected appears.
Note: The current directory path is located directly above the contents of your MyFiles@bc account (see Figure 1).
Moving to another folder (within your current path)
You can also navigate to another folder within your current path using your current directory path, which is located directly above the contents of your MyFiles@bc account (see Figure 1).
To move to another folder (within your current path):
- Determine where in your MyFiles@bc structure you currently are. The current directory path is located directly above the contents of your MyFiles@bc account (see Figure 1).
- Within your current directory path, click on the name of any parent directory, which is displayed in blue.
The contents of the directory path you clicked appears.
