BCPost: How to post a message to the list
Boston College's mailing list service
Summary:  Learn how to send a message to a mailing list (listserv).

Posting a message to a list is easy; you simply send an email message to the list's address. Your message will be distributed to every subscriber of the list and archived within the BCPost service. Even if the list is moderated and requires the approval of the list owner, the procedure is the same; you send an email message to the list address.

You have two options:

  1. Type the list address into the To: field of an email message. How to determine a list's email address

  2. Use the Post to List link within the BCPost Service. How to use the Post to List link
