Trouble Logging in or Need to Download the Software Again?

If you think you may not have registered properly or need to download the agent software again:

  • Open your web browser and go to Connected Backup's: Account Management page
    - Do you have a multimedia account or ITS account on Connected Backup?

    Important Login Information

    To manage your account online, enter either your BC username or full BC email address (as listed in the online BC directory) in the Email Address box.

  • If you need to download the agent software again, click Reinstall Agent.
