Click the Help link located in the Program bar (see Figure 1).

Boston College has prepared a 60 page introduction to Collage that covers all the basics of creating pages, folders, links, and setting up the site struction and navigation. Use this link to download the Collage Reference Guide in PDF format. - Help Center Phone Support
If you are working on a Collage site that has already been launched, and you have a basic "how to" question, please call the Help Center phone suppport line for assistance: x2-HELP (x2-4357). If the phone support staff can't resolve your issue, they will refer it to the ITS Web Tech Group for you via an IT Service Center ticket. If you prefer, you can also request support or specific services, using one of the support request forms on the main page of this Web Publishing site. - The Boston College ITS Web Tech Group
During the process of converting to or building a new Collage site:- You'll work with a member of the ITS Web Tech Group who can serve as a resource for any technical assistance or site organization issues you may encounter while learning Collage.
- You can request help by sending email to CollageHelp@bc.edu to contact the ITS Web Tech Group.
- To select a photo for the left navigation area of your site and for any other original design requirements, you be able to call on assistance from the Office of Marketing Communications (OMC).
