Open a Shared Calendar

Learn how to open a shared calendar using Outlook Web Access with Internet Explorer. Note that if you have already opened a shared calendar in Outlook 2007, Apple Mail, or Entourage 2008 WSE, you will still need to open the calendar separately in Outlook Web Access.
1. Make sure you are in Calendar view.
2. Click Open a Shared Calendar... (see Figure 1).
3. Type the name of the person or resource whose calendar you want to open, the click Open... (see Figure 2).
The other person or resource's calendar opens to the right of yours (see Figure 3).
Once you add the calendar in OWA, it will stay there until you remove it. You can hide or show any of the calendars you have access to by checking the box in front of the name of the calendar in the pane in the left (see Figure 4).
