You can cancel a meeting that you have already scheduled. When you cancel a meeting that you have already created and to which you have sent invitations, you should always send cancellation notices to meeting attendees.
To cancel (delete) a meeting in your Calendar:
- In the Calendar Grid, click once on the meeting to select it.
- Click the Delete button
on the Standard toolbar.
- Select the Send cancellation and delete meeting option in the dialog box.
- Click OK.
