Deleting a Meeting

You can cancel a meeting that you have already scheduled. When you cancel a meeting that you have already created and to which you have sent invitations, you should always send cancellation notices to meeting attendees.

To cancel (delete) a meeting in your Calendar:

  1. In the Calendar Grid, click once on the meeting to select it.
  2. Click the Delete button Delete button on the Standard toolbar.
  3. Select the Send cancellation and delete meeting option in the dialog box.
  4. Click OK.
