Got Time? Better time mangement is easy to accomplish. The Office of Health Promotion is offering individual appointments and workshops to pre-plan your semester. Bring your course syllabi to a session with a Health Coach. We will work together to help you get organized, plan for academics, social life, and self care, and help you nail your exams! These sessions are tailored to your individual needs.
