What is it?
The Bounce Back Challenge is a resource for Boston College students, supported by Health Coaches, staff, mentors, videos, speakers, and hands-on activities based on the following three areas:
- Improving Self-Care
- Making Social Connections
- Managing Stress
Why should I participate?
Receive great information, individual and group sessions with a Health Coach, an online self-guided interface tailored just for you, and awesome swag! Most importantly, some new great skills to help you bounce back from challenging times!
When is it?
Bounce Back Challenge Dates:
- Self-Care Challenge: October 28th - November 11th
- Social Connections Challenge: February 3rd - February 17th
- Managing Stress Challenge: March 24th - April 7th
