How to get involved? Join the Bounce Back Challenge!

What is it? 

The Bounce Back Challenge is a resource for Boston College students, supported by Health Coaches, staff, mentors, videos, speakers, and hands-on activities based on the following three areas:

  • Improving Self-Care
  • Making Social Connections
  • Managing Stress

Why should I participate? 

Receive great information, individual and group sessions with a Health Coach, an online self-guided interface tailored just for you, and awesome swag! Most importantly, some new great skills to help you bounce back from challenging times! 

When is it?

Bounce Back Challenge Dates:

  1. Self-Care Challenge: October 28th - November 11th
  2. Social Connections Challenge: February 3rd - February 17th
  3. Managing Stress Challenge: March 24th - April 7th
