What is the Office of Health Promotion?
The Office of Health Promotion directs programs and services that foster the health and well-being of our students and campus community.

The Office of Health Promotion provides individual and group health programming to help you discover strategies to optimize your emotional and physical health throughout your years at Boston College and beyond.
Our Health Promotion team is comprised of health educators, health coaches, and student volunteers who work collaboratively to advance healthy living habits on campus.
The Office also offers students access to a free health screening to anonymously assess your health and wellbeing!
Health Talk is a collaborative event through the Office of Health Promotion, Connell School of Nursing, and Robsham Theater Department designed to showcase remarkable student health experiences and ideas to the BC Community. It is now open to all students.
Applications are due by January 29th at 5 pm. The Health Talk Event will take place April 13th with Wednesday afternoon practices from February 17th - April 6th.

Get Organized! Sign up for our Bring Your Own Syllabus (BYOS) Event or our iPlan Individual Appointments available througout the semester! Come to either of these appointments and recieve a free t-shirt, personal planner, and pen!
Pick 3, You Can! Write a short description on how you tackled the 7-Day Challenge and bring it to Gasson 025 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org by March 4th. You'll get a T-shirt, pen, and be entered into a raffle for a $15 Amazon gift card! There will be 3 lucky Amazon gift card winners.

Individual Health Plans and conversations cover 12 health domains. You will meet with a trained and certified peer Health Coach who will help you to develop personal health goals and strategies to live by. Click here to schedule your iHP! Appointments are availalbe Monday - Thursday 12 pm - 4 pm.
For more specific individual assessments, we are also offering appointments in the following areas:
iPlan: Managing Time -- Tuesdays/Thursdays 10 am - 12 pm
iSleep: Healthy Sleep -- Wednesdays 10 am - 12 pm
iChill: Managing Stress - Fridays 10 am - 12 pm
