Office of Graduate Student Life Continues Offerings of Grad Student Gatherings

The Office of Graduate Student Life would like to invite you to attend various workshops, seminars, and co-curricular activities in the spirit of building the graduate student community. These workshops include meditation and yoga, seminars discussing work-life and family balance, and community trips to the Museum of Science and the Museum of Fine Arts. Listen to a Story…Discover a Path

This month's Veritas et Vinum featured webcast is Nora Wylie. Wylie, the Associate Dean for Students at the Law School's Student Services, spoke about her journey as to how she came to Boston College's Law School. She discussed the themes of faith and chance and the role they play in career choices, along with the intersections of professional and personal life.

Orientation Volunteers Needed!

The Office of Graduate Student Life is looking for graduate student volunteers to help with the upcoming New Graduate and Professional Orientation in September. We need people to welcome the new students to Boston College, participate in panels, lead tours, and be a friendly face. Help us make this experience one that memorable for the incoming students! New Insurances Available to Graduate Students

Boston College joined a health care network and as a result our students are able to purchase insurance for eye and dental care. BC does not subsidize this plan in any way but by being part of a network allows our students to buy this insurance at better rates. Click here for more details.

Help Out With Japan Disaster Relief Efforts

The Vice President for Student Affairs' office has compiled a list of ways you help out Japan in the wake of their recent disasters. Click here for a list of opportunities, including the Lynch School of Education Global Night on April 2.
