The Center for Student Formation engages students to explore the connection between their talents, dreams, and the world's deep needs.  By incorporating faculty and staff into all areas of programming, the Center provides opportunities in which students may fully integrate their intellectual, social and spiritual experiences.  In addition to sponsoring events for faculty, staff and students, the Center for Student Formation collaborates with University departments to serve as a resource for new program design and implementation.

Unplugged is a free weekend away to connect with other female students and staff while discussing what it's like to be a woman at Boston College. Participants will explore the outdoors--canoeing, hiking, and swimming--and will have the opportunity to share their experiences with others. There will also be time to reflect and have real conversations with other BC students and staff.

Summer Summit is a camping trip this summer that takes a group of undergraduate men into the woods of Maine for a weekend to hike, white-water raft, and talk about their Boston College experience.  Participants will have a chance to connect with other BC students and faculty/staff while taking part in outdoor activities.
